Manufacturing Process

By use of Ring-System Yarn-Twining Machines, yarns are carefully twined into customers’ designated twine-thickness and physical makeup.

Twines are winded around each of special disks (twine-winding bobbins) of proper-specs according to the sizes of net-knitting machines before they are set on net-knitting machines.

Twines are carefully knitted into fishing-nettings by our special machines.

After Net-Knitting Process, nettings are soaked into hot water once. Then, selvage meshes are picked out.

Nettings are carefully treated & untangled on purpose. This process prevents any uneven-coloring from happening during the next dyeing process. This process is also designed for workers to carefully inspect the nettings and meshes for any failure or defect in them.

Nettings are put into our special large-sized dyeing pot to carefully get dyed into customers’ designated colors.

After Dyeing Process, the nettings are sorted again and carefully inspected for any failure or defect thereof.

Heat-Set is our final and important heat-treatment process. The nettings are carefully steamed in our special equipment so that mesh-size of the nettings are properly streched and firmly fixed to our customers’ orders and the functionality of nylon materials of the nettings are perfectly and effectively exercised as fishing nets.

To fully satisfy customized orders of 3-Piece Nettings, for example, we manually put an outer net and an inner net together at customers’ designated specifications. We also use a sewing machine to attach floats and leads to nettings to satisfy our customers’ such needs before shipment. As net-making professionals, we accommodate and fully satisfy customers’ needs for their benefits.

After strict outgoing inspection, the nettings are packed and shipped to our domestic and overseas customers.
